Origin Story
Lola Isabel is a Mexican American designer and illustrator who spends her time tending to her house plants, sketching in her journal and blurring the line between her dreams and reality. In 2015, Lola created Rose Pink Moon as a way to explore the balance of shadow and light, life and death, and and the ways we interpret the natural world through the surrealism of the unconscious mind. She incorporates these themes into Rose Pink Moon's in-house brand, which is based on illustrations of her own design.
Today, Rose Pink Moon is a full retail shop carrying over 20 artisans and makers. Rose Pink Moon is proud to carry high-quality products from small businesses that share in our core values. At Rose Pink Moon, we curate brands based on their dedication to being eco-friendly, size inclusive, organic, made in the USA, small batch or handmade.

In 2022, Lola Isabel and her sister, writer and stationary connoisseur GG Reyes, teamed up to create The Inkwell, Rose Pink Moon's sister shop focused on stationery and the art of handwriting. For this new venture, GG Reyes curated a diverse roster of indie artists and designers who share in her love of beautiful and practical paper goods and writing instruments.
